This privacy notice for Redgram ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you:
- Download and use our mobile application (Redgram), or any other application of ours that links to this privacy notice
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any sales, marketing, or events
Usage of Personal Data
To improve security and for a better experience while using Redgram, we use Service that may require you to provide us certain information.
Below are the Service that we use as third party solutions
- Google Play Services is included with your device to provide system services.
- Firebase Notifications is used to send you notifications from Telegram.
- Google Admob is used For app ADS.
User Generated Content
The information that you publish in public chats or channels are available to other users of Telegram Messenger Inc. You mustn't include offensive, phishing, spam and other kinds of abuse and violations of Telegram’s Terms of Service.
Telegram Messenger Inc. can permanently delete your account and all data about it in case you violate the rules for posting public or receiving content, below are the actions that you can do in case you think someone doesn't respect this terms
- Filtration Method of Unwanted Material: All information published by you or other users is stored and processed by Telegram.org servers. Telegram Messenger Inc. is developing algorithms that automatically detect inappropriate content and block access to it.
- Offensive Content Reporting Mechanism: You can report abusive user behavior through the context menu when highlighting a post or on the target user's profile page.
- Blocking offensive users from the service: You can block any user, after which you will not receive any messages from him. The blocking is available on the target user's profile page.
Log Data
Redgram automatically collect data in case of any error, the Log Data include information like: App Version, Device Information, OS Version, Crash Date, Language of the app, and other statistics. We don't include your ("IP") address in the Log Data. Log Data won't automatically send to us
Children's Privacy
Redgram isn't intended for children under the age of 13, we don't knowingly collect any data via our Services from anyone under 13.
In case of you're in Europe (EEA) we don't collect any data for children under the age of 16, it can be changed only if the legal guardian instructs so in writing.

Redgram as an unofficial Telegram client is based on the official Telegram.

- 07 November, 2022: Added USG ("User Generated Content") Section, added this section in "Changes to this Privacy Policy" Section, removed "Contact Us" Section and changed position of "Questions or concerns?" Section.
- 08 August, 2023 - Phone Number and Contacts : Redgram uses phone numbers as unique identifiers so that it is easy for you to switch from SMS and other messaging apps and retain your social graph. We ask your permission before syncing your contacts. Telegram store your up-to-date contacts in order to notify you as soon as one of your contacts signs up for Redgram and to properly display names in notifications. We do not store any of this data about you or your contacts You can always stop syncing contacts or delete them from Telegram's servers in Settings > Privacy & Security > Data Settings.
